Welcome to READY2PASS Driving School. By booking lessons or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with any bookings.

1. Lesson Bookings

• All lesson bookings are subject to instructor and vehicle availability.
• Bookings can be made via phone, email, or through our official website.
• A minimum lesson duration is one hour unless stated otherwise.

2. Payment Terms

• Payment must be made in advance or at the start of each lesson.
• Intensive and package courses must be paid in full before the start date.
• We accept cash, bank transfer, and other payment methods as agreed.
• Prices are subject to change but will be honoured if already booked.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

• A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for any lesson cancellation.
• Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may be charged in full.
• Intensive course cancellations must be made at least 7 days in advance for a partial refund (administration fees may apply).
• No refund will be issued for late cancellations or no-shows.

4. Instructor and Vehicle Allocation

• While we aim to provide a consistent instructor and vehicle, we reserve the right to change instructors or vehicles due to unforeseen circumstances.
• All instructors are DVSA Approved Driving Instructors (ADIs).

5. Student Responsibilities

• You must hold a valid UK provisional driving licence and present it at your first lesson.
• You are responsible for bringing your licence and ensuring your eyesight meets DVSA standards.
• Any misuse of the vehicle or unsafe behaviour may result in lesson termination without refund.

6. Practical Driving Tests

• Practical test bookings made through our courses will be scheduled for the last day of your intensive programme (subject to DVSA availability).
• Use of the school’s vehicle for the practical test is subject to instructor approval based on readiness.
• Test fees are not included in course prices unless explicitly stated.

7. Refund Policy

• Refunds for unused lessons will be issued on request, minus any administration fees.
• Package lessons must be used within 6 months of purchase. No refund will be issued for expired packages.
• No refunds will be given for completed lessons or short-notice cancellations.

8. Limitation of Liability

• READY2PASS Driving School and its instructors are not liable for any losses, damages, or injuries resulting from lesson participation or failure to pass any driving tests.
• We cannot guarantee test passes, but we do commit to providing high-quality instruction to maximise your chances.

9. Data Protection

• Your personal information is handled by UK GDPR and is only used for lesson management and communication.
• We do not share your details with third parties without your consent.

10. Changes to Terms

• We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will apply to all new and existing bookings from the date of the update.
